Governance Initiative for Life Concern is governed by a board of five members (three women and two men) and supported by a secretariat of five members (three women and two men) while operating under key policies, including a Child Protection Policy, Strategic Plan, Human Resource Policy, Constitution, Finance and Procurement Policy, and Gender Policy.
